Nightly rates are all-inclusive for two guests and include a full country breakfast, evening refreshments, and use of all amenities. Additional persons $30 each (and limited to specific rooms).
Required Deposit
$200 for any one-night stay, $300 for any two-night stay, $400 for any stay of three or more nights. The remaining balance will be collected just prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel 7 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a 5% credit card processing fee (fee is based on the deposit, not the total amount). Within 7 days, you are responsible for the full amount and a refund will only be given if the room is re-booked. No refunds for early departures.
Check-In and Check-Out
3:00 to 7:00 PM. Please let us know if arriving after 7. An Innkeeper is on duty through 10:00 PM. Later arrivals will find a self check-in packet. Check-out:11:00 AM (check-out can be extended to 1:00 PM for an additional fee).
Children
Because guests come to relax in a peaceful ambiance, children under 10 years of age are seldom allowed.
Smoking and Pets
All rooms are non-smoking. Sorry no pets ($300 fee assessed for smoking/pet violations).
Room rates are for single or double occupancy. Extra guests are $30.00 each (limited to specified rooms). Room tax is 14.82%.
