Reservations & Policies

Advance Payments
An advance payment equal to the first's night stay, or 50% if greater, is required to secure a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.

Cancellations & Refunds
A refund is given (less a 6% credit card processing fee) on all cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days, guests are responsible for the full amount of the stay and a refund is given only if the room is re-booked. No refunds are given for early departures.

Check-In Times
Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM daily. Earlier or later check-in by special arrangement only.

Holidays or Special Events
A two night minimum may be required.

Children
The inn is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.

Smoking & Pets
No smoking or pets. A $300 room cleaning charge will be assessed for violations.
