Reservations & Policies

Advance Payments
An advance payment equal to the first's night stay, or 50% if greater, is required to secure a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.

Cancellations & Refunds
A refund is given (less a 5% processing fee) on all cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days, guests are responsible for the full amount of the stay and a refund is given only if the room is re-booked. No refunds are given for early departures.

Check-In Times
Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM daily. Earlier or later check-in by special arrangement only.

Holidays or Special Events
A two night minimum may be required.

Children
The inn is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.

Smoking & Pets
No smoking or pets. A $300 room cleaning charge will be assessed for violations.
